FAQ
What should I wear to class?
Most students prefer to start out in streatchy type of clothing like yoga pants and a tank top. Some students like to wear something around their hips (a coin scarf or a triangle scarf) but those are optional. In addition, some students like to wear dance shoes like ballet slippers or foot undies, but most students dance barefoot. You do not have to show your belly or wear anything that you are uncomfortable wearing to the gym.
